 First Choice Property Management was started in 1985, specializing in residential and commercial rentals & sales. As the business increased, the demand to create a property management subsidiary led to the creation of First Choice Property Management, allowing us to offer a wider range of real estate services to meet our clientele's needs.
In 2005 Mike DiCarli purchased First Choice Realty from the original partners and has continued to grow all areas of the company. He started this unprecedented company expansion by compartmentalizing his services and in 2008 he changed the name to First Choice Property Management to more accurately reflect this new direction. He created a sales division, an apartment / home rental division and a property management division, each headed by experienced professionals. This allowed each department to concentrate on their own area of expertise which has led to phenomenal results.
Mike continues, with the help of his loyal staff to search for ways to grow First Choice Property Management, while maintaining personalized service his clients & customers have come to expect.

Mike is a real estate broker with over 20 years of experience in real estate. Mike, a client of Fist Choice Realty for several years, purchased the company in early 2005. He has an Associate Degree in Business from Quincy Jr. College in Quincy, MA.
Andrew Sirignano, Property Management Advisor Andrew is a graduate of the State University of New York, College at Oneonta where he earned a B.S. degree in Dietetics and a Minor in Business/Economics. After graduating college Andrew worked 20 years in Sales and Operations for several contract management companies. Since 2002 Andrew has owned and operated a real estate portfolio in Mass and RI. Andrew joined First Choice Property Management in December 2007 with responsibilities for Rental, New Sales, and Marketing. Currently, he fills the role of Property Management Advisor for all new condo associations and private apartment building owners that enjoy the benefits of outsourcing their property management services to First Choice. Greg D'Andrea, Licensed Real Estate Rental Agent, Rental Supervisor Greg has a Bachelor's of English Degree from Rhode Island College and many years of experience in sales. He has recently taken on the role of Rental Supervisor after 3 very successful years as a Rental Agent. Paulette Silva, Property Manager Heidi Robinson, Property Manager Heidi majored in marketing and business management at Spartanburg Technical College and she brings thirteen years of property management experience to First Choice Property Management. Melissa Micelli, Bookkeeper |
